Hacienda Hermosa consists of 7 villas on the property surrounding a central swimming pool. The Ocotal cottage is right off the pool deck and offers a queen-size bed, a single day bed, AC'd bedroom, TV and closet for your clothes. The newly renovated bathroom has a walk-in shower with hot water. The kitchen has a gas stove/oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, ice maker, blender, toaster, and glass bar table top with seating for 2 with a direct view of the pool. The patio also has a workspace table.

We are the Rill family from Washington State in the USA. God led us to Costa Rica in 2009 and we bought our first investment property in Playa Hermosa, GTE, Costa Rica shortly after called Papagayo Village, now rebranding and changing to Hacienda Hermosa. We since have added two condos in the Presidential Suites complex in Playa Flamingo where we have been living and two beachfront condos in the Pacific Beach Condo complex in Playa Potrero, the most recent one in 2022 that we purchased with our friends Jason and Sonia Murphy. And yes, they caught the (real estate) bug after visiting us quite a few times over the years. Needless to say, we love Costa Rica and have been blessed. Both of our children graduated from an international high school and my wife teaches here as well. We of course love the weather where we can be outside year-round.
