This picture-perfect Richmond cottage has undergone an incredible designer makeover to create a modern sanctuary in the heart of the action. It’s walking distance to the MCG, Richmond Station and Bridge Road, lined with much-loved cafes, boutiques and design stores. Inside, airy and light-filled interiors extend to a sunny courtyard with alfresco dining, creating a seamless connection with the outdoors. The cottage is beautifully styled throughout with high-end finishes and character details.

The space
Quintessentially Melbourne, this Victorian cottage in Richmond blends beautiful character details with refined, luxurious interiors to create a picture-perfect home. From the moment you step through its white picket fence, every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create a warm and inviting space.

The hallway leading through the house boasts stunning ornate details, with polished timber flooring to create a light and airy space. The open plan living, and dining area extends to a sunny courtyard, where you can dine outdoors or simply relax with your morning coffee.

Glass wells in the ceiling coupled with full-length doors allow natural light to stream through. In the living area there is a plush linen sofa, designer armchairs and cable TV, along with a dedicated work area should you need to catch up on emails.

A large dining table occupies the centre of the room, where you can sit down to a meal together. The kitchen is fully equipped for budding chefs with an oven, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and dishwasher for easy clean up.

There are three bedrooms within the property located at the front of the house. Two features premium queen-sized beds, while the third has two single beds. Each is topped with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night’s sleep. There is air-conditioning and heating to keep you cool during summer and cosy in winter.

Beautifully presented, the bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and mirrored vanity. Complimentary amenities are provided for your stay. There are internal laundry facilities within the property including a washing machine, dryer and iron.
