A little about the Newly Renovated Studio with Private entrance. It may be situated below grade level- but is an above average space. Bright area with windows.
Fully furnished for single occupancy. Room has Twin bed with a Serta Mattress, Down Filled Pillows, high quality linens.

Kitchenette consisting of a mini fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker etc.

A four piece shared bathroom. Shared only by one other occasionally.

There is a television with CABLE. Internet (WIFI) is included at no extra charge.

Dresser and mirror, writing/computer desk and a comfortable arm chair to relax in after a long day of site seeing.

Laundry facilities available.

This is a smoke free and drug free home and because we have a small quiet dog – please no additional pets. Our dog is a 8-year-old Maltese and this breed is noted for being hypoallergenic. She will stay out of your space unless you want her to visit with you.

Amenities: There are several restaurants, cafe’s, banks, grocery stores, dry cleaners, doctor’s offices, post office, drug stores and other conveniences practically at our doorstep within a 5 minute walk. Access to 24 hour public transit, seven days a week.

Location: Our home is nestled between the boarder that is just West of Bathurst St and East of Christie and South of St. Clair Avenue West – in Prestigious and Historical Wychwood Park Area. We are a stone's throw away from the Wychwood Barns.

Walking distance from subway! This is a super safe community with lots to do and see within walking distance or via public transportation. The house is located a 2 minute walk to 24 hour public transportation service. Toronto Transit information may be found here (Website hidden by Airbnb) You can reach the core of the city within 10 to 15 minutes by public transportation. Visit Museums, Shopping Centers and the Entertainment District in minutes. You can walk to Bathurst St and the famed Annex area within 15 minutes. Easy to access Allen Expressway/ Hwy 401 and QEW.

Forest Hill and Spadina Village are within walking distance - take a self directed walking tour and see some of the gardens and the architecture of some of the most beautiful homes owned by some of the city's most prominent famous business people. Or just sit at any of the countless patio's within walking distance and do some people watching while you enjoy a hot or cold drink or some great food!

Canada’s only Castle is steps away and there is much to do at Casa Loma and Spadina House - enjoy an afternoon in their gardens and read a book or listen to music or watch an outdoor amateur theatre production.

There is a park (Wychwood Barns) located half a block from the house and it has volley ball court, beautiful green space, artist's studios, sitting areas and a farmer’s market every Saturday morning starting in the early spring and running through the late autumn.

Street permit parking is also available. The City of Toronto, permit parking program, is available online at a cost of $19.18 per week. and they have daily and monthly rates too.
