Cozy 2nd floor studio with great breeze and amazing sound noise of the ocean's waves. It is has a beautiful sunset view over the avenue with the trademark of Levittown's water tank. It has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay if you want to enjoy the beach and restaurants nearby. It is as far as 15-20 mins from the airport and 7 mins from the Bacardi Destillary.

The space
Sunset Studio was created with the idea of a bright and cozy place to wake up to a beautiful morning and have a good breakfast outside in the deck or enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset and enjoy listening to the ocean's wave music. In a quiet neighborhood with quick access to cover all your needs, this studio is our second home to recharge our energy and goods vibes.

Very quiet neighborhood, where we are close friends with neighbors for a long period of 20 years and counting. You have nearby grocery stores, supermarkets, Rio Hondo Mall, restaurants (various type of food), bakery, fast food, gas stations, banks, police station, firefighter station, Laundromat, Hospital, Bars, gyms, Punta Salinas Beach, Barcardi Destillary, 15 mins to Casino and much more.
