Charming 2 BR/2 BA cottage in quiet upscale country club neighborhood. Nicely appointed full-size kitchen, comfortable living room, new mattresses. Approximately 1100 square feet. Attached to main house through garage but has separate, private entrance and three-car parking.
Note: Owner lives in main house.
