We have lived in the neighborhood more than 10 years and have loved every minute of it. We’re in walking distance to the best restaurants and bars in the city. We’re also very close to downtown, Maxwell/Gunter, and some of the most important historical sites in the country.

Old house preservation is very important to us. We’re in the process of restoring several houses in the neighborhood. All proceeds from this listing will be reinvested into this effort.
