Beautiful guest house with front and back patio. Two bedrooms, living area, kitchen, bathroom with tub, laundry room, dining area. Furnished with stove, oven, microwave and refridgerator. All cooking utensils available. All amenities including toothbrush and toothpaste. Wifi , AC and heating available. Hot water. Filtered water. This set up is a private livable guest house behind the main house. Cappuccino and hot chocolate free upon request.

This is a quiet upscale neighborhood. Houses are far apart from each other so you will not hear anything from the next door neighbors. Good quiet peaceful and clean neighborhood. Very safe

During your stay

Every guest is different so i will not invade their space, however, i will be available if they need me for anything. I can also give them a ride to the store if they need me to. If the guests are sociable, i would be more than happy to socialize. Also check in and out is flexible in certain situations. If there are no guest who is checking out, guest can check in at anytime and if there are no guest checking in, guest can check out at anytime that day.
