Basic 1 bedroom apartment with 1 queen bed & 2 futons in living room on the 3rd floor. Modestly decorated by former tenant, nothing fancy. Previous tenant was a college student, so the apartment has a basic college feel/style to it. Close to University of Cincinnati, OTR, & downtown! Single pull out available upon request for 7th person.

The space
Very convenient location on a street dominated by homeowners. Historic outside with college feel/style and an open layout inside. Make sure to look at pictures of the 2 futons if there is more than two people staying. I mostly get traveling students and nurses in this 3rd floor apartment, and they seem to love it. The carpet in the bedroom is older, and there are some dents and scuffs in the walls and doors from wear and tear. Some older tourists have occasionally told me they do not particularly like the "college" feel of the space, but its a good value for the right group.

Guest access
Entire 3rd floor apartment, kitchen, diningroom, washer/dryer bathroom, 1 bedroom.

Other things to note
Decor is simple. However I used to live in this apartment, it is comfortable and has almost everything you could need for a short or long stay. If you need the twin mattress set up please tell me in advance.

Location

Cincinnati, Ohio, United States

It's a quite street, but if you want the noise, you don't have to go far. You can here the church bells ring every hour if windows are open, but you may also hear the parties on vine street if it's Friday or Saturday night. Cincinnati is a large city with a metro area of about 3 million metro residences. My neighborhood is an urban neighborhood with many old historic buildings right near the heart of the city. The street is very safe with friendly neighbors that own their own homes.

If you are from the Detroit metro area, you need to remember that Cincinnati is nothing like Detroit. I have a lot of you guys come down and are very confused about urban neighborhoods. Older historic urban neighborhoods here are much safer than in Detroit, and to compare a middle class Cincinnati urban neighborhood to whatever it is your scared of up there is frankly insulting. In the 6 years that I have lived here, no one I know of has ever had any issues of any kind with any form of crime. (No refunds just because someone doesn't like the neighborhood.)

Depends on availability, but I live in this apartment until February 1st, so if its available before that, it means I'm out of town.
