Where you’ll be

Jacksonville, Florida, United States

Historic Springfield is an up and coming neighborhood with 120 year old buildings with tons of renovations completed, underway and others waiting their turn. As with any urban neighborhood there is a fair amount of foot traffic. It is also a very social neighborhood with many people working hard to preserve the history. This is not suburbia with perfectly manicured lawns, but we are passionate about our neighborhood that we love and we hope you fall in love with it too.
It’s 1 mile north of downtown. Less than a mile from I-95 and UF Hospital. It located close to Main and 8th which is a busy road with many new businesses including 3 New Breweries (Strings, Hyperion and Six and Main). 4 blocks away is Cripsy's, a locally owned restaurant with wood fired pizza, sandwiches and open late. The District is a speakeasy style, hidden gem with a full menu, large outdoor patio and yurts 🛖 are available by reservation only.
