Take it easy at this beachfront and tranquil summer accommodation located as the last property on the summer cottage road. Nice view of the sea bay from the glassed-in terrace with evening sunshine where the seabirds gladly show up on the beach. Large plot with both lawn and rocks near the beach. Access to wood fired sauna and rowing boat. Proximity to the hiking trail. Max 4 guests are allowed.

The space
Large living room overlooking the bay and exit to the glassed-in as well as the roofed and open terrace equipped with sun loungers and dining area. The kitchen is connected to the living room and with exit to the glassed-in terrace with dining area. A smaller bedroom with a single bed. One bedroom with a double bed. Extra bed is available for any location. Pillows and duvets are provided but sheets and towels are to be taken with you.
The cabin is heated by an air heat pump and also radiators. Roller blinds and mosquito windows are in the bedrooms.

Skagshamn is an old fishing village that still has its chapel in old genuine style. There is also a surströmming salteri on the other side of the bay. From Skagshamn it is about 2 km to Skag lighthouse which is located in the fishing village Skeppsmalen. There is a summer open restaurant and a fishing museum as well as the opportunity to buy smoked whitefish and other fish. Up by the lighthouse there is a fantastic sea view and walking-friendly cliffs in the best sun and bathing location.
The property is located 26 km from Örnsköldsvik and Husum where the nearest grocery store is located. 500m from the property you connect a nice hiking trail Lotsstigen ( lotsstigen.se )
