Two-bedroom guesthouse with an updated open floor plan. The upstairs beds include one king, one full, and one twin, while the downstairs bedroom has a queen and twin-sized bed. Miles of walking trails are perfect for anyone who loves the outdoors or anyone wanting a scenic stroll. After a solid trek, cool down in a relaxing windmill-driven horse tank. To cap off the night enjoy a fire on the beach of a private pond. Feel free to throw out a line and fish for bass, bluegill, or catfish.

The property sits on 50 acres of recreational land located on the Little Blue River. The guesthouse sits approximately 50 yards from the main house. The house itself was built in 2009 and offers 850 square feet of living space. One bedroom is downstairs while the other is upstairs.
