This huge architecturally designed house was built in the 80’s and recently renovated with new paint, new floors, curtains, bathrooms and kitchen. This is the perfect escape for the large family or group that wants to be close to town but still enjoy the peaceful tranquility of the South Canterbury countryside. 10 minutes to Timaru CBD and beautiful Caroline Bay, 8 minutes to Pleasant Point, 25 minutes to beautiful Geraldine and just over an hour to the gorgeous tourist destination of Tekapo.

The space
This is a huge house for the family to spread out and relax. 2 indoor parking spaces as well as external parking for 6-8 vehicles on the property. Large lawn area with sandpit and trampoline to occupy the kids. There is also a beautiful patio paved with stunning locally sourced Timaru Bluestone for your outdoor dining needs and to top it all off a private swimming pool with deck to relax on and a lovely spa pool. Indoors you will find this house furnished to a high standard with plenty of room for everyone also a fully equipped modern kitchen and laundry with all the conveniences. Heating is provided by 2 heat pumps and a wood burner. Most beds are also fitted with electric blankets during the winter months.
