Spacious house located on the 14th green at The Summit golf course at Summit Village at Shanty Creek Resorts. The house is 2600 sq ft 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen, dining area and two living areas. There is plenty of room for a families and friends and plenty of activities nearby. Shanty Creek Resort has 4 main hubs; Summit Village, Cedar River Village, Hawk’s Eye Village and Schuss Village which includes Schuss mountain, golf courses, Beach Club Lake Bellaire and lots of restaurants.

The space
There are 2 living areas and a large kitchen and dining area on the main floor. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor, each with 1 queen bed, and a full bath with a laundry area including a washer and dryer. The upstairs has 2 additional bedrooms, 1 with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. Both bedrooms has doors that access the full bathroom. We recommend 4 wheel drive in winter weather as our driveway is steep.

The house is on the 14th green at The Summit golf course and is near additional golf courses. The house is in a gated, private residential community, therefore no parties, outside guests or loud music is allowed; quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.

The house has access to Shanty Creek resorts’ pool and hot tubs, both indoor (year round) and outdoor (summer only) as well as the Bellaire Beach Club’s private beachfront on Lake Bellaire. Schuss mountain has great downhill skiing, cross country skiing, and dog sledding (weekends & Holidays in Winter) and there is a snow tubing at Lakeview Hotel which is only 5 mins up the road from this house. Reservations are highly recommended for any activity at the resort. There are many restaurants throughout Shanty Creek Resort as well as in downtown Bellaire, home of Short’s Brewery and Bee Well Mead & Cider. Torch lake has access in Alden which is about a 10-15 min drive as well. Traverse City is about 45 mins away and has year round activities too!
