15 mins walk or 2 mins drive to the town center, supermarkets, and restaurants. Close to walking tracks just 10 mins walk to Lake Dunstan. It’s 45 mins drive to Queenstown and Cardrona and 30 mins drive to Wanaka. Easy to skifield.
