Offering a serene setting as well as proximity to the best activities in the area, Penny's Place caters to adventure seekers and leisure travelers alike. Less than a mile from picturesque Table Rock Lake, you will enjoy high speed Internet, two private decks, updated interior, and an equipped kitchen with complimentary premium coffee.

The space
Vacation in the Ozarks! Tastefully decorated with modern finishes and unique vintage finds, the space offers character without feeling cluttered. Make yourself at home and cook a meal in the beautiful kitchen, equipped with custom wood cabinetry, stone countertops, and stainless steel appliances. After a long day spent out and about, kick back and relax with a movie on the smart tv or watch for wildlife on either of the two private decks. For visitors in the autumn and winter season (after the leaves fall), be sure to take time to enjoy the gorgeous sunset peeking through the trees as you sip your favorite beverage.

Ideally located within a mile to Table Rock Lake Marina, fishing pier and swim beach, guests can easily enjoy all of the outdoor recreation Holiday Island has to offer. Hiking trails, golf courses, tennis courts, and lake fun are all minutes from your door. And, when you are ready for a little more excitement, downtown Eureka Springs is just a scenic 12 minute drive away. With Branson and Bentonville each only an hour away, Penny's Place truly does provide the best of all worlds!

THREE IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS:
1) There are NO dishwasher or washer/dryer in the unit. Dish washing supplies are provided, along with plenty of towels and extra linens.

2) There is NO cable. A smart TV and wifi are included with your stay.

3) Please be advised this property is located on a hill and the driveway is steep. Level access available via gravel entrance.

Before booking, I ask that you read through the entire listing description and house rules, then provide some information about yourself and your trip in the reservation message. A clear profile picture of actual guest is required for all reservations. Just as you feel more comfortable knowing more about the home you will be staying in, I, too, like to get to know my guests.

OVERVIEW:
* Penny's Place is a “cottage” connected to another unit and located in a small community of three buildings. The location is quiet and private although you may occasionally see others come and go during your stay.
* Approximately 500 square feet of living space.
* This is a one bed/one bath unit set up for a guest maximum of two.
* You will need to be able to walk up four steps to get into the front door, but there are no steps once inside.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
* Private front deck overlooks a side street with very little traffic and wooded area beyond.
* Back porch opens to parking area and looks out on a "mini bluff" and wooded area.
* Neighboring condos are visible from both deck and porch.
* Please note the lake is one mile away and not visible from the condo.
* One dedicated parking space on gravel in front of building.

LIVING AREA:
* Living/kitchen area is an open floor plan with vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan, and sliding doors that open onto front deck.
* Living area is equipped with a "chair and a half" with ottoman plus side chair. There is not a full sized sofa.

TV AND INTERNET:
* Wifi included with stay.
* One smart TV in the living room.
* NO CABLE TV.

KITCHEN:
* Updated with stainless steel appliances.
* There is no dishwasher. Dishwashing supplies provided and guests are asked to wash dishes before checkout.
* There is no ice maker. Ice cube trays and ice cube bin provided.
* Fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, toaster, blender.
* Coffee and tea station equipped with drip coffee maker, french press, coffee grinder, Keurig, and teapot. Complimentary premium coffee for drip machine, tea, creamer and sweetener. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN K-CUPS!

BEDROOM:
* Queen sized bed with memory foam mattress and cotton bedding.
* Small drawer cubbies and hanging space in closet.
* Iron/ironing board.
* No overhead fan. Small portable fan in closet.
* Sound machine next to bed.
*Large sliding glass doors open onto front deck. Curtains covering these doors are NOT blackout.

BATHROOM:
* Shower only.
* Hair dryer, towels, soap and shampoo provided.

Penny's Place is located on a quiet street next to a few other rental properties. Holiday Island Marina on Table Rock Lake is less than 1 mile away. The new "Farmhouse" restaurant is a 5 minute walk down the hill. Holiday Island has a hiking trail, two golf courses, swimming pool, and a recreation center, all just minutes from the condo.
