We offer this air-conditioned apartment of 45 m2 on the second and top floor of a small old building. The apartment is in the city center of Braine, close to shops (bakeries, butcher, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, doctors, banks...) and located 15 minutes from Soissons and 30 minutes from Reims.

The space
We have fully renovated, equipped and redesigned this apartment to offer you a quality stay with all the comforts you need.

You will have a living room with a modern fully equipped kitchen (traditional oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster), living room with sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) and Smart TV (126 cm 4K).
You will also have a bedroom of 14 m2 with double bed (160 x 200 cm), chest of drawers and desk.
You will enjoy a bathroom with shower (160 x 80 cm), towel dryer, vanity, toilet and washing machine.

Sheets, towels and bath mats are provided.
