The house has 3 bedrooms/2.5 baths, & a den for extra sleeping. The boat house has a slip for you to bring your boat & there is a huge sun deck for swimming, fishing, & hanging out on the water.

Take a break & enjoy lake life. There is a grill, fire pit, kayaks, & lights on the deck so you can enjoy the outdoors!

Located down a quiet street with picturesque views of Caney Lake, the house is a 5 minute drive from Laine's Landing which has a public boat launch. We are about 3 minutes from Laine's Landing by boat. Also, Hook's Marina is accessible by car or boat. Both places serve food and have small stores. Hooks has outdoor waterfront dining with sand volleyball courts, a bar, and live music on the weekends!
