The space
Guests use main level only - open plan living room, dining room and kitchen (some drawers/cupboards not working; small stovetop, microwave, toaster oven, fridge, some dishes, mugs, and silverware). These main rooms have large windows to woods and beach. Bathroom with tub (small water heater). 2 bedrooms, currently with mattresses only. No washer/dryer access, but can offer use by request. Basement level not available to guests. Back deck is large; steps down to beach off deck.
