This gated newly remodeled charming house is situated in a quiet & Safe neighborhood. It's located 4.5 miles from the famous historic Plaza Hotel and center of Las Vegas. With easy access to I-25 and 50 minutes from Santa Fe. It sits on a 6-acre meadow with scenic views of the Box Canyon and is surrounded by mountains. Regularly you can see buffalo grazing in the adjoining property and the proximity of National Wildlife Refuge offers a glimpse of various kinds of birds flying through regularly.

The space
The living space is situated in a 1600 sq. ft. area. It has a queen size bed with white sheets, mattress and pillow covers, and a duvet cover for cleanliness; the kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker and k-cups with a courtesy basket with coffee, tea, popcorn, etc., pans and all utensils needed to prepare meals; the dining room is cozy and we provide a bottle of wine from one of our NM wineries; the living area has a very comfortable sofa and recliner, 55 inch screen TV with a Fire Stick and WiFi connection with access to Netflix, Primetime, etc.; in addition it has a walk-in closet with an office space; a laundry room with a washer and dryer; and a covered patio with a BBQ grill, picnic table, and two comfortable chairs.
