The space

Quiet, sun-filled secluded garden apartment in the heart of Provincetown's gallery district .Experience the real Provincetown. Large 350 sq ft studio on the garden floor.

The 150-year old building has charm, character and history. The apartment has been home to many well-know artists over the years.

I am an artist, designer and writer and live in the adjacent apartment.
I would be happy to help you with your plans and suggestions while in Provincetown.

1 block from The Provincetown Art Museum.
4 blocks from Fine Arts Work Center
Several excellent specialty grocery stores one, two & three blocks away for coffee and sandwiches
A great breakfast cafe just up the way
Dozens of restaurants out on Commercial Street
5 minute walk from the center of town (& Boston Ferry)
Private entrance
Private bathroom with shower
Open cathedral ceiling (including beams from a sunken ship)
100yds from the beach

-Antique iron double bed w/ down comforter and pillows - sleeps a couple comfortably.

Other things to know:
There is no kitchen
Quiet contemplative - not a party environment
2 people maximum (one European double bed)
As to small children --- there is only the one bed
No smoking
No pets
No TV
No on-site parking. Street parking and town lot are nearby

The Street view map shows an area on the hill up behind me, a full block away on Bradford Street. Listed as, Old Kings Highway. (not actual location) Perhaps this is for airbnb security reasons.

If you like a stylish yet older cottage feel this is the place for you! Comfy bed, amazing bathroom and all the crazy cool books you could want! Conveniently close to downtown and off the road enough to feel quiet and secluded. Definitely a hidden gem ❤️

I only wish I could have stayed longer. The place is so unique and charming, and it was absolutely perfect for a quiet retreat; it's close to the art galleries, and Daniel was a gracious host. He's got lots of great tips on local businesses and also a great book collection.
