My brand-new apartment is centrally located in Downtown Dubai. Burj Khalifa, Dubai Metro and hotels are easily and fully air-conditioned within walking distance.

From the living and bedroom you can enjoy views of The Frame and the Palace.

The building is part of the Dubai Mall. You can use the lift to go shopping from the apartment. There is a supermarket there, which also offers free delivery to the apartment.

The space
With a ceiling height of 3.15 meters and floor to ceiling windows, you have enough light coming into the apartment. However, the curtains and drapes allow full visual protection. The furnishing is brand new and of high quality.

Downtown Dubai is the centre of the city and well known for Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Mall and The Dubai Fountain.

Zabeel is the "royal" area of Dubai. From both rooms you can enjoy views of The Frame, The Palace and in the distance even Dubai Creek Harbour.

The building can be found on Google maps but should not be mixed up with Downtown Views II, which consists of 3 towers and is still under construction.
