This tropical home offers a spacious common area in which kitchen, dining, and the sitting rooms are integrated to make it easy for a couple or a small family to spend time together. The master suite features a king bed and access to a full bathroom with walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a bathroom next-door in the hallway. This property sleeps up to 4 guests, comfortably. This property has been nicely decorated and features upgraded mattresses, linens, a fully stocked kitchen which features upgraded wood cabinetry, quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living area leads to a balcony with amazing views of the ocean and sunset, where you can relax on the bed-swing to read a book or relax to the sound of the ocean's waves in the distance.

Las Catalinas is a majestic 1,100 acre architecturally unique Mediterranean Style Beach Town that is totally walkable and offers many on site amenities such as an ocean view beach club, several restaurants, grocery store Copper & Stone, spa, gym, hotel, cafe, outdoor outfitter Pura Vida Ride, hiking and biking trails, and more! The beach is only a 1-minute walk from the property and is perfect for swimming, kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding. The town is vehicle-free and makes a great place to relax, meet great people, and have the best vacation possible!

We provide many bonus items for our guests such as folding beach chairs, a beach cooler, beach towels, salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee/tea, soaps, shampoo, and even a welcome basket to make you feel right at home! Beach Club access (Pools, jacuzzi, gym, restaurant service) is available for an additional fee, upon request at the Las Catalinas concierge office. Valet parking available for an additional fee.
