The space
It has a large living room with window to the balcony, with a beautiful view of the city and the sunset. The kitchen is separated from the living room by a breakfast bar (where I always leave you coffee, tea, milk, cooked mate and some more welcome thing), it has glass doors, which makes it extremely bright. If all the curtains in the apartment are opened, no artificial light is needed. It has 2 bedrooms with closets with their hangers, one of them has a queen size bed and the other one with 2 stackable tween beds (from which you can get another bed). All the rooms have air conditioning; the bedrooms have window air of 3,000 refrigerators and the dining room a split of 5,500 refrigerators. Although the area is very busy, if everything is closed you can not hear the noises from the outside, it is very quiet, ideal for work (the wifi is excellent) and for quiet sleep, since the rooms have dark curtains.
The dining room has a round table with four upholstered wooden chairs and two folding extras, a round table for 6 people. The living room has a very comfortable 3-body couch, two single lounge chairs and a round coffee table with glass lid. The neighborhood is very quiet in terms of security. About 30 meters away there is a supermarket that has a butcher shop, lunch shop, bakery and has a fairly wide schedule. On the way back, about 100 meters there is a very complete pharmacy. At about 300 meters one of the nicest restaurants in the city has a beautiful atmosphere and you eat very rich breakfast, snack and dinner. In the surroundings there are several very good delivery type food places and you can walk to the center, it is very close. On the other hand, it is 300 meters from the Perrando Hospital and the Pediatric Hospital and 100 meters from the University (UNNE) and the stop of the micro Chaco-Corrientes. 1/2 block, across the avenue there is a medium and long distance bus station (La Estrella).
