Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. We are located right behind Albright College on a quiet residential street. Walking distance to grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, Wells Fargo bank.

1 bedroom perfect for a single traveler or couple! A shared bathroom with tub to use right outside your room.

You will have access to free street parking, theres always space available!
You will have use of kitchen, living space and pool table in the basemant.

The space
Im listing this place for my parents who are now empty nesters.

My parents work during the day and go to bed at a reasonable time so you may or may not see them. Their quiet, friendly and keep to themselves and their room/bathroom is upstairs.

The room is private with a comfy queen size bed. Theres a tv with roku set up for all your streaming needs! There is also a mini fridge in the room!

The bathroom is right outside the bedroom door which will be all yours to use. Its shared with a female tenant that lives across the hall.

In the basement there is space to chill and play some pool or board games.

We also have a fireplace in the living room but please make sure to ask my dad before turning it on as it can be a little tricky.

We have a nice big backyard with a gazebo, rocking chairs and fire pit outside that you are also welcomed to use.

This house is super convenient to everything, you’re technically in the city but you’re not in the city at the same time ;-)

Its cozy and clean and we know you will enjoy staying here!

Also there is a cat and dog (terrier mixed) that live in the house so you may or may not hear/see them. We do our best to keep the animals away when we have quests.
