La Mer Villa West boasts an impressive range of amenities, leaving no detail overlooked. Spanning over 4,500 square feet, this luxurious rental villa features 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms, as well as 2 half bathrooms. The ground level is home to 4 bedrooms, while a staircase leads to the great room on the upper level. Here, you will find the open kitchen, dining area, and living space, seamlessly blending with waterfront terraces that offer stunning views of Sapodilla Bay. The villa offers convenient accessibility, with a main entrance and an elevator connecting to the second level from the ground floor.

The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances for professional cooking and serving, such as Wolf ovens and cooktops, a Monogram wine storage unit, Subzero refrigerators and freezers, and elegant dinnerware, cutlery, and glassware. The living room showcases modern furniture with a spacious sectional sofa and luxurious fabrics. The architectural staircase leads up to the third storey mezzanine housing a fifth bedroom, office and media room.

The luxurious interior living space is enhanced by expansive outdoor terraces, beautifully designed gardens, and a private dock that provides direct access to the water. Guests can indulge in al fresco dining on the second-floor terrace, where they can enjoy their meals while overlooking the pool and the ocean. Next to the kitchen, there is a barbecue pavilion equipped with high-quality Wolf and Monogram appliances, as well as service windows for easy access from the kitchen. Situated on the second level, the infinity pool spans 300 square feet and features sunbeds and lounge areas, all offering breathtaking views of the ocean. The villa grounds are beautifully landscaped with lush tropical gardens and native flora. Local stone pathways wind down to the water’s edge, revealing your private dock, inviting you to take in the crystal clear waters of Sapodilla Bay.

Sonos music is wired throughout the villa and outdoor areas so guests can enjoy their favourite music. The villa is centrally air conditioned throughout including kitchen and living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, office and theatre area. The grounds are gated with code access.
