Cosy 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom character house with parking, located in arguably the best street in Subiaco and walking distance to Kings Park, the city, Domain Stadium, shops, restaurants and bars.

The space

Positioned in Subiaco's most desirable pocket, this Park Street property is nestled among other historic cottages and character terrace houses.

Originally built circa 1900 as a workers cottage for the timber industry, the terrace has been renovated and offers 2 double bedrooms with robes, one bathroom with euro laundry, a fully equipped kitchen with stone benchtops and gas cooktop (the kitchen is stocked with all amenities including Nespresso machine), which overlooks the living room with 50 inch tv, plus two outdoor entertaining spaces (a BBQ is available on request). The terrace is small but streamlined with ample space for 4 guests.

The house has secure rear access parking access via a ROW and also dedicated street parking.

Park Street runs west to Rokeby Road, which is one of Perth's notable shopping precincts with restaurants, cafes, hotels, boutiques, supermarkets and farmers markets, all within a very short walk (less than 5 mins).

Richard Diggins Park is on the street (a lovely place to sit and read a book or let the kids play) and Kings Park is also nearby for the exercise enthusiast or just for getting a sensational view of the city.

The house is also centrally located and close to 5 major hospitals – St John of God, King Edward Memorial, Princess Margaret Children's Hospital, Sir Charles Gardiner and Royal Perth. It is only a short walk to Domain Stadium, 2km to the Perth CBD and 1km to Kings Park. Matilda Bay and the University of Western Australia are 5km away stright down Thomas Rd. Also just a short distance away are the Perth Convention Centre, the Perth Arena complex, the Perth Theatre Centre, His Majesty's Theatre, the Perth Museum and the Art Gallery of Western Australia.

Guests are provided with high thread count cotton bed linen, a selection of pillows, and white fluffy hotel-grade towels. Bathroom amenities are provided free of charge. We can also provide other products on request and can even do a grocery shop to stock the fridge prior to your stay on request (groceries charged at cost).

The property has high-speed, wireless broadband internet free of charge.

Guest access

Guests will have sole access to the entire house including all amenities.

Interaction with guests

Guests are able to self check-in (instructions provided), otherwise I am available to meet guests on arrival (for late afternoon arrivals only as I work).

The property is fully self catered - once you arrive and settle in we won't bother you.

However, I am available 24/7 to answer all questions via email or phone and can provide suggestions to things to do in the area.

Other things to note

The property next door is also available for short stays or to accommodate larger parties of up to 8 guests (please enquire).

A folding bed is available on request.

A portable baby cot is available on request free of charge.

Housekeeping can be arranged for $100 (for a full comprehensive clean, linen and towel change - allow 2.5 hours) or $40/hour for a quick general tidy up.

We had a great stay, absolutely loved the traditional house. It was very nicely modernised and very comfortable. It was also perfect for our family as it was close to parks, cafes, shops and restaurants. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

Love the place, nice and cosy. But abit chilly and roadside parking was not convenient. First come first served in order to park in front of the apartment. Dannika is very nice and considerate host. Made us feel very welcome with the personal note.

Dannika was very friendly and meticulous; she provided us with a booklet professionally done with all the information we needed. The house is gorgeous nested in a quiet neighborhood & true to pictures. It had everything we needed including washing powder for laundry and a huge backyard for drying clothes. The beds were very comfortable with high quality bed linen. Her replies to us were always very prompt, high recommend as a host.

accommodation was as stated. amenities were provided more than sufficiently. the host, dannika, was very responsive too. the lemons that grew over from the neighbours were a pleasant surprise and helped to provide us with the needed vitamin boost:) will surely come back to this place if in Perth!

It was so nice and cosy to stay at Dannika's apartment. We had a wonderful stay, with lots of information about the nearest eateries/things to do in Perth! The location of the apartment is great too, it's so close to city center where it's only 15mins drive max. The apartment is neat, clean and all the stuff needed. Very nice! Recommend others to stay with Dannika! :)
