Come & relax among the trees in the Country Club of Lincoln. The basement suite has a private entrance & outdoor area. Use of a shared washer & dryer is available and there is an additional twin and toddler mattress in the closet for your convenience. There is a refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven in the space for some basic cooking needs and a BBQ and fire pit outside.

The space has a entrance at the rear of the property, accessed by walking down the side of the house. There are signs to help guide & welcome you. You may park on the street only. This is a basement area with a shared laundry. The entire space was recently completely renovated.
