Riverwood Retreat is a spacious 11 acre farm in the beautiful Karjat river valley, professionally landscaped and recently renovated with a pool and all modern conveniences.
The space
Freshly renovated in 2022, the farm is directly on banks of the Ulhas River. Panoramic views, complete privacy, and quiet rural bliss. Perfect for family or friend groups, children, even pets will all have a blast. Rainy season is the perfect time to visit for a stunning lush environment and a full flowing river to enjoy.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE
- Complete meal package available at 1000rs per person. Freshly prepared on-site by local cooks using locally sourced ingredients. Contact host for menu options (veg & non-veg)
- 5 star dining available at Radisson Blu (1 minute drive) and Saltt Cafe (25 minute drive)
- Direct delivery available from Karjat Namak (tasty and hygienic, 1 hour turnaround)

CONNECTIVITY
- While there is no direct wifi available, your own device would easily suffice for work and entertainment.
- Airtel 4G provides 30 MBPS outside and 10 MPBS indoors. JIO provides 10 MBPS outside and basic connectivity indoors. Vodafone provides minimal connectivity.
DRIVER/STAFF ACCOMMODATION
- Additional bed and bath available for staff on-premise (away from the central living and recreation area)
- 1000rs per person per night directly payable to host

- Approx 2-2.5 hours from Mumbai Airport or Pune Airport.
SECURITY
- Farm is fenced off and there is on-site 24 hour caretaker in case of any question. He has his own quarters and will not intrude until called upon.
- Zero security incidents in 20+ years of farm ownership
PETS
- Dogs are allowed and encouraged at minimal additional fee. Separate kiddie pool for pets also available!
LOCAL ACTIVITIES
- Basic hiking/trekking available directly from the farm. Adjacent hill climb takes 90 minutes and provides stunning 360 view of the valley. Or just take a lovely stroll along the riverside.
- Lets Play Karjat complex is 800 meters away at the Radisson. Large entertainment centre with all kinds of activities for kids.
- Kondana caves - 4 kilometres away. Short trek, farm staff can guide.
