CASA MARTIN is a peaceful and spacious penthouse -3rd floor- fully equipped, for nature lovers and steps from the beach. Located inside the private complex of Palmas del Mar Resort on the east side of Puerto Rico. It offers beautiful views of the lake, and exotic green landscapes, with the convenience of having a wide variety of activities around the property, including cafes, bars and restaurants that offer delightful local dishes and entertainment.

Ample space w/1 queen bed, a futon that fits 2 kids, big bathroom, work desk, dining table, fully equipped kitchenette in a separate room, AC and ceiling fan, and a 52" television. Tiled terrace & BBQ. Great views of the lake, the forest & pool. Private entrance and parking; 3rd floor, no elevator. Beach/pool/restaurants at walking distance. No pets or parties allowed.

Property is located at the eastern coast of Puerto Rico, inside Palmas del Mar Beach and Golf Resort in Humacao, a gorgeous vacation spot admired for its natural beauty and laid-back tropical setting. Just a 39 miles drive from the International Airport (SJU) and close to many local restaurants and tourists’ attractions such as El Yunque rainforest, or Humacao’s Nature Reserve where you can experience a nighttime kayaking trip to Fajardo’s Bioluminescent Bay. Or take a 30 min. drive to take the ferry to relaxing Culebra or the vivacious Vieques islands.
