we stated clearly in our regulation that communication is best thru airbnb system since we are always overseas. A helpers number was given to you during checkin, if not im not too sure how will you manage to enter the premises.
Regarding the unsafe issue, as per our conversation, you mention that you are not in the property and is unaware of what is happening. After our internal investigating with the condo guard and housekeeper, we had submitted the information to airbnb investigation department by us.
The unit according to the Philippines government is fit for stay, we realise from our housekeeper that it is your guest who was drunk and open the glass panel without closing it back thus causing your other guest to fall.
