The complex consists of 8 apartments (double and family), all with sea view. All rooms are fully equipped, spacious and all air-conditioned apartments have a balcony with sea, garden or mountain view. There is also a living room and TV. The kitchenette includes a fridge, coffee maker and electric kettle. The bathroom has a shower and free toiletries. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas.

The studios, located in Plakias, were opened to the public in 1997. Since quality accommodation and hospitality services are common in the area, Antonis Apts & Stds offered a new kind of tourism around the possible activities and actions one could carry out in the area. Between the high mountains the gorges Kourtaliotis, Kotsifou and the gorge Mesa allow access between north and south, composing a special landscape. Descending from the mountains you will find olive groves, small hills, streams, rare flowers and herbs. All these changes in the landscape result in wonderful beaches with crystal clear waters.

The area of Yialia has a particular dry and warm climate (Mediterranean). In winter the warm winds from Africa warm the atmosphere allowing the sun to reach Plakias and the surrounding villages freely. The sun in this area is 92%.
