Relax and enjoy the stunning rural and mountain views from our stylish modern home. Situated in a very peaceful and quiet subdivision, you can literally jump off the deck onto a reserve. It's only a 4 minute drive to the shops or a 2 minute walk down to the beautiful lake front at the end of the street. Because our property is not fenced it is not suitable for children under the age of 5 years old.

The space
Our home was built just over a year ago so is very modern, warm and sunny. Te Anau gets cold in winter so there is a large heat pump with a heat transfer system to the bedrooms. We added additional insulation (even in garage), the windows are double glazed and window frames are thermally broken so the home is very warm. The furniture is new and the kitchen is fully equipped. The home is cleaned by a professional cleaning company (following AirBnB's 5 step process) and the fresh linen is hired through a laundry company.
