Cozy but spacious rooms and living area with warm colors and comfortable beds. Smart TV’s in bedrooms and living area. One bath downstairs has tub/shower combo as well as washer and dryer (laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided). Workspace located in the loft, along with another TV and Game Cube. Upstairs has a second bathroom with lots of counter space and shower.

The townhouse is very centrally located and is easy reach of everything you need. Grocery store, Starbucks, burgers, bbq, Chinese food, Mexican food, fast food, Cajun food, Pizza, and more are all within a mile or so.
We are also a short drive from Burton coliseum, McNeese State University, Lake Charles Civic Center, and the Airport. Great fishing is also close by at several boat launches and public parks.
