History meets modern at The Brick Hotel. Originally constructed in 1888 as the town's first hardware store, this historic brick building has seen many lives over the past 130+ years. In 2017, a five-year adaptive reuse restoration project began to update the old masonry building with all modern amenities and finishes, while maintaining the original brick facade and historical integrity of the building. The Brick would love to host you as one of our very first guests as we open our doors in Spring 2022!

PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME AREAS OF THE BRICK HOTEL ARE STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION:
- Frankies (cocktail lounge next door) is open & welcoming guests!
- Stone Tap Room (beer garden next door) is open & welcoming guests!
- Q&A Restaurant & Oyster Bar (soon-to-be located on the ground floor of the Brick) is slated to open in May 2022. Q&A will also provide a separate menu of food offerings to both Frankies and Stone Tap Room.
- Cococabana (soon-to-be rooftop bar located atop the Brick) is slated to open in June 2022.
- Succulent Cafe (soon-to-be coffee & succulent concept located behind the Brick) is slated to open in May 2022.

*Parking is located 1 block west on the rooftop of the SALT parking structure at Cleveland and Pier View Way in the uncovered and numbered spaces closest to the elevator. A loading zone is available in front of hotel for check-in and dropping off luggage.

- The Brick is a true boutique hotel with just ten rooms nestled in a historic building. The property consists of Q&A Restaurant & Oyster Bar on the ground floor, rooms on the second and third floors and CocoCabana Rooftop Bar perched atop.
- AAs the ground floor is occupied by a restaurant, there is not a standard reception area. Instead, guests will be provided with a door code unique to your stay. This door code will work for both your room door and for the front door of the building when the restaurant is closed. If arriving before 7PM, a team member will coordinate with you via text message on your arrival date and greet you at the entrance of the hotel. If arriving after 7PM, guests are welcome to self-check-in using your door code and will find your parking pass and further instruction awaiting you in your room.

In total, we have 17 short term rental properties, which are made up of the Brick Hotel (10 rooms in a restored building from 1888), the Pacific Villas (a 6-unit ocean view 1B/1B condo complex) and the Pacific Bungalow (a 2B/2B dog-friendly ocean view home with enclosed backyard).
