There's very large bedroom with an attached private bath with fancy tub, glass wall rain shower and modern decor. It's on the ground level, so it's handicap accessible as well as so convenient. Not a single step to enter the apartment!

There's a dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, W/D, high speed wi-fi, and unlimited free street parking.

I will usually be around to help you get in and make sure you get settled and happy. I work from home, so I'll be here to make sure you have what you need.

I do travel occasionally, so if I'm not home and you need info on how to get to the house or how to enter, check out the house manual section that will be available to view after you book under "Basic" in the listing.

There's a strong Latino presence here so you can get really amazing tacos as well as this thing I discovered called "coctel de frutas". It's just a fruit salad, but with chili lime powder on top. You wouldn't think it'd be that amazing from the description, but trust me, it's to DIE for! In addition, the neighborhood is historically Polish, so there are still many remaining Polish businesses including some really scrumptious restaurants just a few block down the road.

There is ample free street parking, the Milwaukee bus picks up right outside the door and the Belmont and Addison Blue Line stops are about 3/4 of a mile from here.

The neighborhood is incredibly quiet and peaceful. You'll sleep like a baby.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: For the love of all that is good and holy, please take off makeup using tissue, not using white embroidered hand towels. Thank you!

Pets and smoking aren't allowed in the building. Absolutely no outside guests. No food is provided. Please don't steal. You should generally just behave how you'd like a guest in your house to behave. I work from home, so I prefer if guests don't make a huge amount of noise in the common area from 9-5. Also, I never thought I'd need to say this, but I have had people go through my drawers looking for things or just exploring. If you'd like something, please just ask! I'd be happy to find it for you if I have it.

The stary there was great. Rebecca is super chill and friendly. The place is in a great location next to a bus stop, so even tho the place isn't right in the down town the commute is super easy and convenient. The room was clean and a great size for 2 people with private bathroom. I highly recommend this place.

Our room was clean, big, and very comfy. The master bedroom looks exactly like the pictures. Perfect for a last minute trip to Chicago!

Rebecca is an AirBnB Rock Star! My two day stay was beyond great, it was Superlative. I needed a quiet place to hold up at so that I could prep two days before my Illinois Real Estate Broker's Exam. I got much more than that. Her condo was practically new. Everything was so well organized and accented, from the tea kettle to night light on the master bed. Rebecca truly is an extraordinary host, and is quite witty (read house manual). Her attention to detail is reflected throughout the condo, and is evidenced by the creature comforts she has furnished the condo with. Her restaurant recommendations were spot on. Admittedly, I should have heeded her advice about eating more than one slice of deep-dish pizza from Giordano's. LOL! In closing, let me just say that the Sheraton Grand Chicago Hotel has lost a patron.

We stayed at Rebecca's for a night after a last-minute booking. She was very responsive and communication was smooth. Check-in was easy. The place itself was large, comfortable, and very clean. Easy, free parking in the area, too, which was a big plus. Highly recommended!

We didn't get a chance to meet Rebecca but she was great with communication (even though she was out of the country). The location itself is great and there's a bike shop right across the street that rents bikes for the day!
