Completely separate guesthouse all to yourself just outside of Seguin. Comfortable and quiet space close to locations like New Braunfels, San Marcos, and Sons Island of Geronimo. Just a short drive to all of the local attractions but away from the touristy busyiness. Located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood.

Farmhemain/boho spacious 600 sqft studio apartment all to yourself! There is tile throughout but enough rugs to keep you comfortable. Extra comfortable queen mattress with cozy linens to slip into for a restful sleep. Kitchen is equipped with toaster oven/air fryer, instant pot, seasonings, and more. Designed to give you a upscale stay at an affordable price!

This is a dead-end road neighborhood with homes from 1-4 plus acres. It is a very safe community we can offer to our guests. Sits just outside of Seguin so you have a little bit of a country atmosphere as well.

Mother to 3 wonderful children, (one of them is an Airman). Wife to a Marine, and police officer. We are a service-oriented family and when the opportunity presented itself to start an Airbnb a long-term dream was realized.
