The space
This attractive suite is located on the 1st floor of the heritage house. The spacious room features a master bedroom with a super king-size bed. The master bedroom gives access to the bathroom which is equipped with 2 walk-in rain showers, a double sink, toilet and toiletries. Offering a desk for those who have yet to check in with the office...or for pulling out your journal to record your Curacao adventure!

The balcony overlooks the street and the trees, and you will see the ocean. You are never far away from the relaxing ocean and the cozy city life.

Pietermaai is called 'the SOHO of Curacao'. It's one of the few places on the island where you can hop from bar to bar and from restaurant to restaurant. With a variety of great places, there's something to taste and zip for everyone. You can take a selfie on one of the instagrammable hot spots. Enjoy the ambiance in Pietermaai!

Pietermaai is a popular lively district, where you can enjoy through the front door both urban life, as well as the soothing sea on a terrace of one of the seaside restaurants.

We, David and Cindy, love to design interiors and develop new and monumental houses. The last 10 years we built and designed 6 apartments in total in our lovely neighborhood and now busy with new developments here.
We are happy to give our guests a great holiday by our personal service and advice about Curacao and Pietermaai District which offers history (Unesco World Heritage), many high quality restaurants and nice shops.

Originally we are from the Netherlands and live and work since 2008 in Pietermaai with our two children. We see flourish Pietermaai and love Pietermaai because of the many restaurants where we can enjoy very delicious variety of cuisines. Krioyo local food at Plasa Bieu, or enjoying oysters and asparagus, for example at restaurant Cristal.

As music fans, we are very close to all the fun. Especially on weekends there are several places with live performances: Mr Porter Cafe and Mundo Bizarro. Also, we have every year in May the Blue Seas Festival in the streets of Pietermaai. An attractive and free open air festival, with surprisingly nice and beautiful acts. (Besides great yearly events: Kings Day 27th of April, Pietermaai Taste in June, Christmas fair and Pagara end of the year party 31st of December).

Other things we like: walking to Punda over the (Queen Emma) pontoon bridge and watching the giant cruise ships in the harbor, buying our fresh fruits at the floating fruit market, shopping around and finish the day with a cocktail on a breezy terrace harbor side or at Cana cocktail bar.
