Amazing Location! Sleeps 4, This newly renovated apartment sits in one of Sauk Rapids oldest historic buildings, close to everything downtown. River Parks , dinning, groceries and shopping are all within blocks, only minutes from St cloud hospital. Whether you're watching the 65" flat screen, hooked up to the wi-fi, cooking in this beautiful kitchen or just sleeping you will find comfort and quality. Outdoor patio and Free on site parking spot 10' x 55' will accommodate a truck and trailer.

The space
The property is right downtown and has on site parking in the rear. Has a lit up sidewalk at night when you walk past the patio to the front door entrance. After entering code You will go up one flight of about 20 steps once at top the apartment 201 will be in the left hallway next to the laundry room. The apartment has 1 bedroom with dresser, mirror, night stand and a closet with shelves and hangers. Living room has a 65' HD smart TV, sleeper sofa, glider rocker chair with autumn , tv stand with a few games and decks of cards. The walk-in closet with shelves stores extra linens, and pillows. Bathroom has tub with shower. There is a 4 chair kitchen table, large refrigerator, stove with oven and microwave in kitchen (no dishwasher).
