Flaps can be adjusted in summer to manage air flow. In summer we remove the woodstove and make the bed a king - bringing your sleepingbags is standard - but linens can be provided for $20 extra. We do not use the mosquito net any longer but have this image so you can see the king size bed arrangement in SUMMER only.

My stay on Pamela’s farm exceeded expectations. I had originally reserved the teepee, but ended up moving to the wigwam for my second night. What a privilege to get to experience both spaces! The teepee is a cozy, charming little nest, and the wigwam felt so fancy the night after…

Thank you Sarah! We just loved hosting you!!! Very impressive for never having run a wood stove prior to your visit on 18 degree nights! Naia has decided your her favorite guest ever - and Leonard ;-) Cheers from the farm!

I loved everything about the Teepee. From the amazing, private, scenic wooded space to the coziness of the warm stove inside. The beds were comfy but remember to bring your own sleeping bag and pillow. Pamela is such friendly person and was extremely responsive to all of my quest…

Steve that's so kind! I do provide Pillows but I agree - I'm super fussy about my own and while mine are standard - people often have a strong preference one way or the other. It was just lovely to host you!

You three have to get my hero award. It was 8 degrees that night and you had never worked a wood stove. Totally in AWE! Come back when it's above freezing and I can't want to chat more and introduce you to the animals when it's not eye numbing cold ;-) Happy Holidays to you all!

Simply put, this is a great place and a great value for a weekend getaway. A friend and I stayed in Pamela's teepee for one night to catch up over a fire and some bourbon and had an awesome time. Even though there was snow on the ground, the cast iron stove kept the interior ve…

Matt you are so kind - correct in that while it has beds and a wood stove and you can stand inside (glamping for back country hikers like myself) - it is not a hotel room! ;-) The wigwam is built specifically for individuals who prefer a bit more luxury and security (particularly with dogs as they can squeeze out of the tepee if they decide to go play with the coyotes). Thank you for highlighting bringing bags or blankets - I can always provide them for an extra fee but to keep the price low I offer the option of bringing it and I just dress the bed with a pillow in a case and fitted sheet. Be sure to mention you've visited before as I offer a discount for returning guests! Looking forward to meeting your girlfriend and Happy Holidays till then!

Very cozy and simple space for relaxing and getting in tune with your own rhythms. I spent a relaxing weekend reading by candle light, chilling with Mac, doing yoga, drawing, making coffee and toasting bagels on the wood stove. Perfect place for getting off the grid and settling …

This place was very unique! If you don’t like “roughing it” do not come here. You need to know how to make and keep a fire going. If you love the woods and to enjoy nature I highly recommend this place! It is so peaceful and amazing!
