Modern, breezy and light-filled, quiet and spacious three bedroom 2.5 bath in one of Santa Monica’s most charming and safest neighborhoods, Sunset Park. Living areas are surrounded by patios and wide open vistas and ocean breezes. Our 1200s.f roof deck makes it the best of SoCal indoor/outdoor living yet in the heart of all the cute boutiques, restaurants, and shops on Ocean Park Blvd, and a stones throw from Clover Park, known to be one of Santa Monica’s best and largest parks.

The space
A very unique architectural, modern, townhome, with only one shared wall and tons of private outdoor space makes this feel like a private and peaceful single family home, while still being right in the heart of the cute commercial area of Sunset Park and steps from Clover Park. Our roof deck is enormous and almost the same size as the unit itself, providing indoor/outdoor living at its best with ping pong, lounging and dining areas.

On the entry level are two bedrooms and one full bath. One bedroom has a queen sized bed, desk and arm chair, the second bedroom doubles as an office with a twin size daybed that can be opened into a king, plus a desk, printer and tv with smart access. Off that room is a small patio with a spin bike and weights and small seating area.

Stairs lead to an open plan second floor main living, dining and kitchen area surrounded by large windows and decks giving the space ocean cross breezes and fabulous light all day long. On this level is also the primary bedroom with large en suite bathroom with double sinks, large stand-in shower plus a jetted tub. Primary bedroom has a king bed, a daybed, a massage chair and a 65 inch TV. (note: There is no tv in the living room.)

Bedding and linens are top-of-the-line and kitchen is more than fully equipped for people who love to cook. There is a barbecue on the patio just outside the kitchen. We have central A/C and also a gas fireplace for chilly evenings. Strong Wi-Fi is included. Plenty of games, books and toys for kids. Home is light and bright and beachy and fun. We also have a full height basketball net in our alley behind the home.

Sunset Park is one of the nicest, family friendly, charming and safe neighborhoods within Santa Monica. 2 miles from the beach with charming boutiques and food establishments of every kind within five minute walk in either direction. We are steps from Clover Park which is considered one of, if not the best, large parks in Santa Monica with everything from volleyball and basketball to baseball fields, tennis courts, workout equipment, and of course areas for kids.

I live in Santa Monica, CA, with my husband and 13 year old son, but am originally from Montreal. My late father, a passionate skier, fell in love with Stowe in the late 40’s and my family has had a country home here as long as I can remember.

As much as we also love the desert, beach and endless adventures offered by California, My husband, son and I all adore Stowe, and get to spend about 3 months of the year here. We can't decide which season we prefer: We have a long list of favorite spots and are still discovering new, hidden gems. Stowe gives us what we appreciate most: beautiful trails for hiking, biking and snow shoeing, rock climbing, the best downhill skiing in the East, accessible swimming holes and lakes for fresh water swimming, bucolic green vistas, and quiet. We also love inventive and high quality food and drink- which Stowe offers tons of. When this townhouse right at Mt. Mansfield became available we jumped on it so that we can have a place of our own in this amazing town - and share this magical place with our guests when we're not.

We own a coffee shop/restaurant in Santa Monica and love discovering great food and drinks. Happy to offer recommendations for your stay- just ask!
