Welcome into our home, built by my woodcraftsman husband, Fin. We have an acre of land with a 5 year-old garden for you to enjoy and your room is warm and quiet. Please note Wi-Fi is available on request for short periods ONLY - our default setting is off. And that's when I'm happiest! (For reasons I'm happy to bore you with) We encourage you to put down your devices and enjoy the environs. We have loads of local knowledge to share.

The space
This is a quiet, warm and sunny bedroom with a nice view to the north. The bed is comfortable but firm i.e. not for those who prefer a super-soft bed!
It is detached from the main house (n.b. toilet/bathroom in main house) with a table and storage space available. There is a heater and hot-water bottles available when it's chilly.

I am a marriage celebrant, cook and jazz and cabaret singer, my husband a master woodcraftsman who was a buddhist monk (Theravada tradition) for 17 years. We live a mostly organic, relaxed and quietly social lifestyle with our daughter. We love meeting people from all over the world and love to travel.
