I am very sad to hear this. I want to give people a nice stay, but unfortunately the days you were here it was raining(sadly we cant change the weather, and normally its not raining so much).
When you told me you wanted to leave one day earlier, I asked you if there was any problem in the guest house, kitchen and room, and you told me it was all good, you just want to go to look for the sun as it was raining. So I asked if there was any rain inside the room, any problems I could help you with and you told me no everything is good.
For the one night you didnt stay, we are not able to refund because a cancellation should be in advance and not on the same day, I blocked the room for you. We tried t contact AirBNB for some help. It is the same room everybody rents, and it was on good conditions so i cant help it you did not like it.
I feel sorry you felt uncomfortable, we always try to be friendly and helpfull and are very open and welcome everybody.
