A few steps through a bush track has you on the beach; building sandcastles with the kids or reading a good book. Children love to splash in the warm, shallow water of the tidal creek as it flows out to the Bay or hop on a boogie board and drift along.You can take long walks on the sand and enjoy the peace and tranquility or spot the dolphins frolicking in the crystal clear water.
Enjoy the company of your friends and family on the L-shaped, private, covered balcony taking in the sounds of the waves. Unwind with a drink and BBQ.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need including linen and towels although you will need to supply your own Beach Towels and toiletries. No food is supplied.
2 main bedrooms with 2 quality, pillow-top, queen beds.Third bedroom with 2 comfortable single beds.Modern main bathroom with bath and separate shower plus en-suite which has a shower.
Full kitchen with fanforced oven, 4 burner gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge.
Open plan living and dining area with square dining table. Laundry has washing machine and dryer.
Mothers choice portacot and highchair available on request at time of booking, Free unlimited ADSL WiFi available. Tower fans in all bedrooms and living room. Nobo panel heating for winter. Air conditioning should be installed in The Anchorage sometime in October 2017.
You will have access to the entire apartment, garden and basement parking.

Other things to note
Please Note: To ensure the comfort of our neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks and the minimum age to make a booking is 21. Smoking is not allowed in any apartment, balcony or any of the common areas. The Anchorage is not pet friendly but my other property Banyan is.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
Please note that smoking is not permitted on the any part of the complex including common areas and balconies.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 11 am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
The Security Deposit will not be debited from your credit card provided certain conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond agreed.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

Myself and Brian fell in love with Callala Bay when we holidayed there for Christmas in 2006. We have holidayed there regularly since and wish to move there in 2020.
