My room is located at the place which takes 14 minutes by JR train from JR Osaka Station. A traffic access is convenient for tourist who want to go Kyoto, Kobe and Osaka.
There is a big shopping mall within 3 minutes by walk from my house. 100 yen shop, UNIQLO, McDonald...even hot spring. You can buy food and enjoy shopping.
When you enter the unit, there are 3 bedrooms (with locks), as well as mini kitchen, sink, toilet, and shared dining table. Kitchenware is also provided.
A share house for approx. 60 tenants, there is big living room and men's shower room in 1F, and women's shower room in 2F that you can use. (The kitchen next to 1F living room is for long term tenants only.)

Other things to note
Because it's a Japanese custom, please take your shoes off when entering the living room or shower rooms.
・Please take shoes at the room entrance. (Same goes with shower room & 1F living room.)
・Please dispose the garbage in shower rooms to the garbage bins or take them with you.
・Please be considerate of others and be quiet during night time.
・When you check out, please close all the windows and doors, and make sure all electricity is switched off.
・Refrigerator is used by guests in other rooms, so please avoid confusion.
・Can’t be used over capacity.
・Pets are not allowed.
・Can’t be used for other than lodging purposes.
・The building is smoke-free。(Please smoke at the balcony or outside, and be responsible to clean up the cigarette butts.)
・Violating acts of the public order and morals is prohibited.
・Distributing advertisement and leaflets etc. to the neighbourhood residents is prohibited.
・Don’t leave or belongings outside your room.
