Podere Fontegallo is a recently restored 17th century farmhouse in Umbria on the border with Tuscany Spectacular 360 degree views of 2 lakes, rolling hills of farmland and the mountains in the distance.

The space
L’ Olivo (2+2) is a one-bedroom apartment with a sleeper sofa in the sitting room that opens to a double bed. L’Olivo contains a large open plan kitchen, dining area, sitting area with an open fireplace; French doors lead to the front private patio and an original door leads to the double bedroom and shower room. Podere Fontegallo has been recently restored to a high standard with utmost care using the best materials in keeping with the character of the house. Outside on the wall of the house is a locally designed handmade ceramic meridian, the three patios are decorated with handmade ceramic tiles, on the roof are 3 beautiful chimneys, then there is the environmentally friendly swimming pool (6m x 14m) and views of the countryside and Lago Chiusi, and throughout the property are quiet places to sit.

All guests have access to all of the grounds, the swimming pool, the gazebo with BBQ and table and chairs for dining, and quiet places to sit throughout the property.
