Can pau, is a house in the valley of Morna, one of the prettiest landscapes of north of the island, the location is great as it overlooks the sea and Formentera with clear days. It is newly built of Ibiza style and it's in a quiet area, ideal for relax.

The space
The house is located in a natural environment, on a small hill with spectacular views of the sea and Formentera and full privacy.
Can Pau is a house of recent construction following the style of the ancient farmhouses, with thick white walls and sabina roofs. It is the ideal place to relax and discover this quiet part of the island.
The house is located on top of a hill in a rural area by San Carlos. Even though it might seem very isolated, it only takes a couple of minutes in car to get to the village and to Santa Eulalia.
It is very close to some of the beaches of the East like Aguas Blancas, Cala Llenya, Es Figueral, and Cala Boix. Since the house is located on an elevated level it has fantastic panoramic views of the island and the sea.
The house has 3 double rooms, one double and two that can be adjusted to the needs of the guests. There are two full bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. All three bedrooms have air condition. The double bedroom also has access to a terrace.
The main room of the house is ample, luminous and fresh, being the living and dining room and the kitchen, all open. There is also another room that serves as laundry and storage room.
The kitchen has a large gas cooker, dish washer, and is fully equipped. It also has a separate tap for water with drinking quality. The kitchen has access to the pool area. The living room has a comfortable sofa „chaise-longue“, satellite TV, and another access to the terrace.
The plot that surrounds the house is big and exclusive, there are no neighbours close. Besides the pool area there is also a childrens area with little houses. There is also a covered area with grill and exterior table.
Ideal for families, romantic escapes or simply to enjoy some tranquil vacations in a unique surrounding.

Guest access
The house also has a wide barbecue area too.

Other things to note
The check-in normally is at 15:30hrs and the check-out is at 10:00hrs, however we are very flexible with schedules, so, it's important to we know your arrival hour / carrier / and flight number to organize your arrival and give you the best welcome even we can let you know in advance if we can do the check-in as soon as you arrive, so please let us to know your flight details as soon as you get them.
We appreciate to contact us a week before your arrival to give you directions to get the house.
STAY IN THE HOUSE
Due to the lack of rain and high temperatures on the island, please always be very careful if you use the barbecue, if you smoke or fire handle.
Water is a scarce commodity, Use it with consciousness.
• It is totally unacceptable to disturb neighbors with music or noise. Music and sounds between 10pm and 9am should be no more than 45 decibels. Parties are strictly prohibited in all properties and should the police be called to the home the client would be held fully responsible for any consequences and legal action against the property.
• The rental client will be held responsible for any damages caused by the misbehavior of all the occupants of the property.
• Gatherings and dinners for more guests than the property’s capacity are strictly prohibited unless otherwise prior agreed in writing. Permission will be granted at the owner discretion. Sound systems other than those provided by the property are strictly forbidden unless agreed the Owner prior to arrival
• This property is prepared for a determined number of occupants. It is not permitted in any event to exceed the maximum occupancy of the property as advertised.
• It is the responsibility of the client at all times to ensure that the number occupying the property matches the number of people on the reservation. Failure to comply with this rule will result in eviction or the payment of an occupancy supplement.
• In the case of lost keys and fobs (failure to hand in the same number of keys as supplied on arrival) we are obligated to deduct the costs including admin fees for lock changes and maintenance services.
• It is strictly prohibited to change the position of the furnishings in the property or to carry out any other modifications.
• At times private or government building work can be taking place in the surrounding area. Neither the property owner and house manager have any influence over this work and cannot be held responsible for any disturbance it may cause.
• Cuts to the supply of water, electricity or Internet are not regular. However, the local authorities can occasionally cut or limit supplies for short periods of time. Neither the owner property or House manager can take no responsibility for any inconvenience caused by temporary cuts to supply.
• The rental price does not include personal travel insurance. It is recommended that the client obtains comprehensive travel insurance for the duration of their holiday.
• The owner will accept no responsibility for loss or theft of the rental client or any occupier's property or for injury caused by incorrect use of facilities provided in the property.
