The space
This is a downstairs apartment. We, the owners, live upstairs. It is a spacious, warm and comfortable space with a well equipped kitchen and laundry. Great for singles, couples, two couples or a small family. We are a family with three boys who like to run around! We do our best to keep them quiet in the early hours of the morning. You will hear footsteps from the upper level. Please note the dog is in a fully fenced area that is not in direct access to you.

Located at the base of Mt Iron walking track and only 15 minute walk, and less than 5 minute drive into the town centre and Lake Wanaka. There is a big park located within less than one minute walking which has an amazing playground for kids!
