Penrith Park is a quiet residential neighborhood, built near the lake and has outstanding views of the Southern Alps. Beach in front of house for swimming. Lakeside walks and bike trail to lake outlet and Wanaka CBD. It is a 4 minute car ride to the centre of Wanaka. Wanaka, in short, is an outdoor paradise:)
