Space is very close to campus, only 5-10 minutes from Bryant-Denny Stadium, the University of Alabama, and downtown. Very quiet neighborhood with pool access and access to Lake. Walking distance to Winn-Dixie. Nearby parks and restaurants. Sidewalks make morning walks very easy.

The space
Current resident owns the duplex, so there aren't any problems with avoiding the landlord (I had that happen at an AirBNB stay, LOL).
