Two-room apartment: large living room: double sofa, armchair, table, chairs and sideboard, TV, tape recorder, hi-fi stereo, American kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, sink, vitroceramic plates, oven and microwave, one bedroom: single bed, dressing room, desk: printer and scanner. Fiber connection, internet, wifi.
The apartment is located in front of the garden of the old polytechnic school, on a nice and lively square, in an old building with exposed beams, no opposite building.
I share my apartment with a pretty little 8 year old cat named Cracotte, she is very shy.
The Latin Quarter is one of the oldest districts in Paris, known for its universities (Sorbonne ...), its restaurants, cinemas (arts and essays), gardens (Luxembourg and plants), markets (Mouffetard, Monge, Maubert), historical monuments (churches, pantheon, Sorbonne, Notre-Dame, Sainte Chapelle, Conciergerie, etc..)
It is also the center of Paris, close to everything and very well served by transport.
What makes my apartment unique is its location in the heart of the Latin Quarter (center of Paris) and the absence of opposite (no building opposite, only a garden).
Throughout the year, I make a one-person private room available for EUR 40 per night.
In July and August and during the French school holidays, the apartment can be available in full for 3 people with a sofa bed in the living room, the price is then adjusted to the week or the month. Do not hesitate to make a request, I will give you a proposal.
